PARENTS' DAY LUCKY DRAW 双亲节抽奖大礼 28^th April - 15^th June 2025

Terms & Conditions Applied

1. The ITSU Parent’s Day “Express Your Warmest Love” Lucky Draw campaign (“the Campaign”) is open to all Malaysian citizens and permanent residents aged 18 years and above, except employees of ITSU World Sdn Bhd, their immediate family members, business partners, suppliers, and any individuals professionally connected to the Campaign.
2. The Campaign runs from 28th April 2025 (Monday) until 15th June 2025 (Sunday). 
3. To participate, individuals are required to make a minimum purchase of RM2,480 in a single Sales Order (SO) during the Campaign period at any ITSU outlet, roadshow event, or through official ITSU e-commerce platforms. Each eligible purchase grants the participant one (1) lucky draw entry. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn. Each participant is eligible to win one (1) prize only.
4. All entries and submissions shall become the exclusive property of ITSU World Sdn Bhd. ITSU reserves the right to use, reproduce, publish, or display any submitted content for marketing, publicity, or promotional purposes without prior notice or compensation to participants.
5. All participants must be present at ITSU Roadshow (details on location and date to be announced on ITSU official website) to remain eligible for the prize. Failure to attend will result in disqualification.
6. All taxes, levies, insurance fees, transportation, delivery costs, and any other additional or incidental expenses incurred by participants in relation to prize acceptance, redemption, or usage shall be borne solely by the participant.
7. ITSU World Sdn. Bhd. will cover the cost of the prize items only. For the First Prize winner (BYD Sealion Electric Performance SUV), the car displayed during the roadshow shall be the exact vehicle awarded to the winner. An inspection by the Road Transport Department Malaysia (JPJ) is required. The winner must personally visit JPJ to complete the name transfer process. All related costs, including inspection and name transfer fees, estimated at RM1,000 (subject to applicable service charges and taxes), shall be borne by the winner. For the Second Prize winner (6D4N Trip to Seoul), all visa fees and any additional expenses not included in the tour package shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. By participating in the Campaign, participants consent to the collection, use, and processing of their personal data by ITSU World Sdn Bhd for purposes related to the administration and execution of the Campaign. All personal data will be handled and protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and ITSU’s internal privacy policy.
9. In the event of any dispute or disagreement in connection with the Campaign, all decisions made by ITSU World Sdn Bhd shall be final.
10. ITSU World Sdn Bhd reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions with or without prior notice.
