3. Is this device noisy when turned on?

Some sound is to be expected when the device is turned on due to the vibrating mechanism.

 

4. Why is the device not working after turning it on? 

After turning it on, please select a massage mode by pressing the ‘M’ button. The device shuts down automatically after one (1) minute if no massage mode is selected.

 

5. The device is still not working after pressing the mode button. What should I do?

Please check the battery indicator at the back of the device. If the red light is blinking, please charge the device. The indicator light will display blue when fully charged.

 

6. Can I use this device all day long?

It is recommended to use the device 1 to 2 times per day for optimal results. 

 

It is not advisable to use this product continuously for a long period of time to prevent discomfort or fatigue in the massage area.

 

7. Can I use this device anywhere?

It is not advisable to use this device in humid, high temperature and high electromagnetic environments.

 

8. How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period is one (1) year. Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all warranty repairs.

 

9. What can I do if the device breaks down?
