2. Is ITSU We Care Sonic Toothbrush suitable for me?

ITSU We Care Sonic Toothbrush is suitable for everyone. However, if you are recovering from oral or gum surgery, please consult your dentist before using this product.

3. I am new to electric toothbrushes. Should I be worried if I feel numb after using this product?

You may experience slight numbness and other sensations if you have not been exposed to electric toothbrushes prior to using this product. These sensations should disappear after a couple of days.

If you still experience discomfort for a prolonged period of time, please stop using this product and consult your dentist. 

4. How do I use this sonic toothbrush?

Please wet the bristles and apply toothpaste, then place the toothbrush in your mouth before turning it on.

Gently move the brush head across each section of your teeth for 10 seconds, including the front, back, and chewing surfaces for optimum cleaning.

5. The sonic toothbrush is not working. What should I do?

You may refer to the user guide to troubleshoot the issue.

6. How do I care for my sonic toothbrush to ensure that it is in optimal condition?

Please refer to the user guide for information on the intended use.

Do not:

· Place it in high humidity areas;

· Place it outdoor or in areas with direct sunlight;

· Wet the charging port;

· Perform unauthorised modifications and repairs without obtaining permission from ITSU.

7. Does ITSU We Care Sonic Toothbrush come with warranty coverage?

Yes. The warranty period is one (1) year when you purchase the product from ITSU.

Damages caused by misuse, improper handling and unauthorised modifications and repairs are not covered.
