1. The ITSU VVS Cash Voucher (“Voucher”) is valid for the purchase of one (1) ITSU VVS at any ITSU outlet or on the official ITSU website (www.itsu.world/my/) in Malaysia, until 31st October 2025.

2. The Voucher is redeemable one (1) time only and cannot be combined with other vouchers, promotions, or discounts.

3. The Gift Redemption Card (“GD Card”) entitles the holder to redeem one (1) item at any ITSU outlet in Malaysia by 31st October 2025.

4. The VIP Invitation Card (“VIP Card”) grants the holder exclusive access to the VIP Zone, along with a group photo opportunity with Park Shin Hye, at 1 Utama Shopping Centre on 27 July 2025, from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM.

5. All VIP Card holders must pre-register in person at any ITSU outlet by presenting the original VIP Card and Sales Order (SO), with complete personal details. Upon successful registration, a Confirmation WhatsApp Message (“Confirmation Text”) will be sent.

6. Each VIP Card is valid for one (1) attendee only. 

7. The Voucher, GD Card, and VIP Card are non-exchangeable for cash, discounts, or any other form of credit.

8. In the event of any dispute, all decisions made by ITSU World Sdn Bhd shall be final and binding.

9. ITSU World Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
