1. Is ITSU EyeChill Therapy suitable for me?
ITSU EyeChill Therapy is designed to relieve eye puffiness and strain through a multifaceted approach that includes air compression massage, heat and cold therapy, and soothing vibration massage.
It also comes with built-in music and Bluetooth functionality that allow you to relax with your favourite calming tunes while using this device.
2. Can I use this device with my contact lenses?
Please remove the contact lenses before use.
3. Can I use this device if I feel unwell?
It is not advisable to use this device if you are experiencing the following:-
· Rehabilitating after eye surgery;
· Undergoing treatments on the eye;
· Fever, hypertension, high intraocular pressure, arteriosclerosis or cerebral thrombosis.
4. Is this device noisy when turned on?
Some sound is to be expected when the device is turned on due to the vibrating mechanism.
5. Can I use this device all day long?
This device will automatically shut off after 10 minutes. It is not advisable to use this product continuously for a long period of time to prevent discomfort or fatigue in the massage area.
6. Can I use this device anywhere?
It is not advisable to use this device in humid, high temperature and high electromagnetic environments.
7. How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period is one (1) year. Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required for all warranty repairs.
8. What can I do if the device breaks down?
